Founder & GTM Strategist

Andrew Hatfield is a globally recognised product marketing and GTM strategist with a unique 360-degree view of the B2B tech ecosystem. He started his career as a software developer before moving into systems engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales, sales, and eventually product marketing and GTM strategy.

Experience Spanning:

  • Government, financial services, and healthcare
  • Open source, vendor, and channel (VAR/reseller) ecosystems

Andrew has worked for and with some of the world's most respected organisations, including NetApp, Puppet, Portworx, Red Hat, D2iQ (Mesosphere), Arrikto, Dell, Suncorp, and Queensland Government departments such as Police, Health, Child Safety, and Public Works.

He's built $1.64B in qualified pipeline and delivered $196M in direct sales. He's helped create new categories, scale revenue, and re-ignite growth in stalled GTM engines. His technical foundation lets him speak credibly with developers, engineers, and execs alike—and turn that understanding into strategy, content, and programs that drive results.
